Cancellation Policy

PARENE COACHING SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: 20/09/23 This Coaching Session Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of coaching sessions by both Parene members receiving coaching (hereinafter referred to as "Members") and Pro Members providing coaching (hereinafter referred to as "Coaches"). Parene acknowledges the unique challenges faced by parents and, therefore, adopts a flexible cancellation policy as described below. 1. Member Cancellation Policy 1.1. No-Fee Cancellation Policy Members may cancel scheduled coaching sessions without incurring any fees or penalties. We understand that life as a parent can be unpredictable, and we want to offer the flexibility needed to accommodate our members. 1.2. Courtesy 24-Hour Limit While we encourage flexibility, we also request that Members provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling a coaching session out of courtesy to the Coaches who dedicate their time to support you. 1.3. Excessive Cancellations If a Member cancels or is a no-show for a coaching session outside of the courtesy 24-hour limit three times, Parene reserves the right to suspend the Member's access to coaching sessions. The Member will be required to engage in a conversation with a Parene staff member to address the recurring cancellations. 2. Coach Cancellation Policy 2.1. No-Fee Cancellation Policy Coaches may cancel scheduled coaching sessions without incurring any fees or penalties. We understand that Coaches may also face unforeseen circumstances. 2.2. Courtesy 24-Hour Limit Coaches are encouraged to provide Members with at least 24 hours' notice when canceling a coaching session whenever possible, out of courtesy to the Member. 2.3. Excessive Cancellations If a Coach cancels or is a no-show for a coaching session outside of the courtesy 24-hour limit three times, Parene reserves the right to review the Coach's participation in the coaching program and may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of coaching privileges.
